As you can cook a delicious drink lemonade – on a hot summer day it always will be enjoyed by all guests. Use for the preparation of a variety of fruit lemonade. Lemonade and fruit tea are perfect for a summer wedding.

VANILLA LEMONADE by LORI YATES on Foxes Love Lemons
4 cups water, divided
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Nielsen-Massey Organic Fairtrade Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract
In small saucepot, stir together 1 cup water and sugar. Cook over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes. Transfer to jar or container and refrigerate until completely cool, or up to 5 days.
In pitcher, stir together lemon juice, vanilla extract, cooled sugar syrup and remaining 3 cups water. Serve over ice.
Sparkling Mint Lemonade on With a Blast
about 5 cups
4 cups Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped roughly
4 cups Lemon Juice
4 cups Sugar
1 cup Fresh Ginger, peeled and chopped roughly
Soda Water or Sparkling Water, to top up
1.) Place the Mint, Juice, Sugar and Ginger in a large saucepan – bring to the boil, making sure all the Sugar has dissolved, and lower heat – simmer for 10 minutes.
2.) Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
3.) Pour through a strainer into a suitable bottle.
4.) Use +/- 2 TB of the Syrup and top up with 3/4 cup of Soda Water/Sparkling Water and ice. (the quantities of Water and Syrup are really up to your personal preference – I like it not too strong, whereas, Roy prefers his stronger)
Fresh Peach Lemonade by Melanie Kathryn on Gather for bread
Serves: 8 servings
3 large peaches, pitted and cut into quarters
½ cup sugar
1 cup real lemon juice (6-8 lemons)
In a medium saucepan combine fresh peaches, 1 cup water and sugar. Cook over medium-high heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool.
Place in blender and blend for about 1 minute until smooth. Using a sieve over a 2 qt pitcher, pour peach syrup through sieve. Add fresh lemon juice. Fill to 2 qt line with ice and water. Enjoy!
Fresh Mango Lemonade by Jen on Cincy shopper
Make a simple syrup by heating 1/2 cup water and the sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.
Peel and puree the mango.
Add mango puree, lemon juice, syrup and water to pitcher and mix well.
Serve over ice.
Lavender Lemonade by Robyn Stone on Add a Pinch
Lavender lemonade makes a beautiful twist on classic lemonade. Made with honey, fresh lavender, and lemons, this lavender lemonade is lovely!
Serves: ½ gallon
1 cup honey
2 tablespoons fresh lavender buds
½ cup hot water
1 cup fresh lemon juice
½ gallon cold water
fresh lavender sprigs
Add honey and lavender buds to a pitcher. Pour hot water over and stir to combine well. Add lemon juice and cold water. To serve, pour over ice and serve with a fresh sprig of lavender.
