6 cups water
2 regular individual sized tea bag
6 tbsp honey/sugar
1 stick cinnamon ( which gives it just the right amount of zing)
Freshly squeezed lemon juice of 2 lemons
Slices of Orange, Lemon, Lime. Or Cucumber.
In a large saucepan, heat water (with cinnamon and sugar, if you’re using any) to a rapid boil. Remove from heat and drop in the tea bags. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
In a large pitcher, pour tea and honey(if you’re not using sugar). Discard cinnamon stick. Stir until honey is dissolved, then stir in lemon juice. Add sliced fruits. Refrigerate overnight or until chilled. Add ice cubes before serving.
Strawberry Sweet Iced Tea / source: Blog Nature box
2 tea bags (like regular Lipton tea)
1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered, plus more for garnish
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
- Steep tea bags in 4 cups boiling water according to package instructions Discard tea bags and let tea cool.
- In a large saucepan, combine strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil; remove from heat and let cool to room temperature before straining through cheesecloth or fine sieve.
- In a large pitcher, whisk together strawberry syrup and brewed tea. Place in refrigerator until chilled. Serve over ice and strawberries, if desired.

1/2 mason jar ice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup orange juice
2 slices fresh lemon
1 slice fresh orange
Fill mason jar 1/2 way with ice. Add in lemon and orange slices. Pour in fruit juices. Fill glass rest of the way with sweet green tea and stir.
Serve and enjoy!

5-6 regular tea bags (I used Lipton)
1 quart water
1 (15 oz) can peaches in juice, pureed in blender
1 quart cold water
1 cup water
1 cup granulated white sugar
Boil one quart of water in a large pot. Add tea bags and steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard.
While tea is steeping, prepare simple syrup: in a separate small saucepan, combine one cup of water and one cup of sugar and bring to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Pour simple syrup into pot with tea and stir. In a heat-safe pitcher, combine the tea with pureed peaches, and one quart of cold water. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve tea over ice with fresh mint and peach slices if desired. Enjoy!
